As HPS reflects back on 2019, we’d like to share 7 enhancements we’ve made to help our clients operate better and communicate more effectively. Here they are:
1. Mobile Employer Portal
Like the member and provider portals, this enhancement allows employers to use our web portal functionality on any mobile device, and the portal will automatically resize to fit the screen of the device. This gives employers easy and convenient usability of enrollment, reports, and all of your other portal functionality.
2. Enrollment Status Report
This report helps Payers and Employers assess which employees have and haven’t completed enrollment online. It is used during open enrollment to target reminders to the employees who still need to enroll. This report includes enrollee contact details that can be downloaded for further communications.
3. Online Screen Sharing
HPS’ live chat solution now enables members, providers, and other users to share their screen with your Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). This allows your CSRs to answer specific questions about the data the user sees online and also lets CSRs assist users with portal navigation.
4. Document Management Scalability
HPS clients can upload a document for multiple plans, groups, and divisions at the same time. This saves clients from having to re-upload the same document multiple times, conserving time and staff efforts.
5. Secure Email Flags
HPS’ secure email now lets Payers and Employers create flags to categorize their emails. This helps Customer Service Departments and HR Departments view and organize flagged emails for further action and tracking.
6. Employee-to-Employer Secure Email
The HPS portal has been enhanced to allow secure email communications between a member and their Employer. When members compose a new email, they’ll have a drop-down list where they can select who the recipient should be (the Employer or the Payer).
7. WEX Single Sign-On
HPS’ single sign-on (SSO) enables members to access the WEX Wealthcare portal directly from your portal without having to enter a separate username and password. This single sign-on enables clients to centralize their FSA, HSA, and HRA information behind their company brand online.
